Job Summary:

Seeking an HR professional to lead L&D, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management, with skills in data analysis, employee relations, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

Learning & Development:

  • Design, implement, and oversee L&D programs that promote employee growth, skill development, and leadership readiness.

HR Operations Management:

  • Lead end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee records, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, orienting new hires to the company culture and policies.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Drive engagement programs, feedback loops, and retention strategies to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  •  Address employee concerns, acting as the first point of contact for HR inquiries.
  • Foster a positive work environment through team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and regular feedback mechanisms.
  • Mediate conflicts, conduct investigations if necessary, and offer solutions to improve team dynamics.

Performance Management:

  • Assist managers in setting performance goals, tracking progress, and providing feedback and support the annual performance appraisal process, ensuring

HR Compliance & Policy Management:

  • Ensure HR practices adhere to legal standards and internal policies, promoting an inclusive and safe work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Regularly review, update, and educate staff on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.

HR Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track key HR metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and absenteeism. Prepare detailed reports for management to support data-driven decision-making in HR.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Employee Relations: Able to handle employee concerns with empathy and confidentiality, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Proficient in facilitating performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and managers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, strategic HR, and L&D
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Essential Skill set:
  • Hands on experience of managing complete existing product development activities (Namely Cost out, Quality and Product obsolescence) for product-based organizations.
  • Good experience on existing product development process and working with remote team.
  • Strong in mechanical engineering fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5~8 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Experience in Vendor Qualification, developing Manufacturing Quality plan, Tooling and component qualification & Thorough understanding of PPAP process.
Desirable Skill set:
  • Excellent organizational skills required to manage small and large projects.
  • Ability to apply engineering principles and practices in the design, development, and verification of possible solutions
  • Ability to develop design concepts and turn into finished/product launch.
  • Mechanical design knowledge ranging from component design to system level.
  • Knowledge on either one of the below processes
  • -Value engineering methodologies and how to apply them.

    -Quality Project execution and standards such as Risk assessment, Root cause analysis procedures, DFMEA, PFMEA, ISO, etc.

    -Obsolescence management

  • Knowledge of DFM & DFA with respect to ease of manufacture and assembly.
  • Oversee testing and analysis of products to determine product performance.
  • Knowledge of various fabrication methods for the manufacturing of metal and plastic parts – machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding is required.
  • Skilled in 3D modeling software (Solid Works) is preferred.
