Qualifications : BE/BTech or MTech / ME in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or similar streams.

Essential skill set :

• Analog: Precision amplifiers, Thermocouples and RTD, Pressure and flow sensors, High speed ADC and
• Power: LDOs, Switching regulators, High voltage circuits and AC-DC
• Communication/Data interface: SPI, I2C, LVDS, USB, Ethernet
• Processor: ARM processor family, FPGA and CPLD
• Component Engineering: Component life cycle and RoHS, Reach
• Full time experience in digital and analog hardware design with advanced microcontroller, FPGA/CPLD, high speed ADC and
• Good experience with PCBA process and board
• Strong knowledge in alternate design analysis/part substitute for cost out ideas including design analysis for functional, quality and
• Experience in practices for Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Proficient in test and debugging instruments like DSO, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer and EMI/EMC test simulators.

Nature of Assignment / Roles & Responsibilities :

• Supporting in development of new product, re-design and value engineering of existing
• Execute VAVE study and identify the cost out opportunities which are quality
• Design schematic of digital, mix signal & power electronics circuits to meet the
• PCBA prototyping, board bring-up and test,
• Create the design documents, validation and test plan mapping to the requirements.
• Provide detailed requirement for FCT of PCBA to make sure meet design requirement.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant streams.

Essential Skill set/s :

• Hands on experience of managing complete existing product development activities (Namely Cost out, Quality and Product obsolescence) for product-based organizations.
• Good experience on existing product development process and working with remote team.
• Strong in mechanical engineering fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 5~8 years of relevant engineering experience
• Experience in Vendor Qualification, developing Manufacturing Quality plan, Tooling and component qualification & Thorough understanding of PPAP process.

Desirable Skill set/s :

• Excellent organizational skills required to manage small and large projects.
• Ability to apply engineering principles and practices in the design, development, and verification of possible solutions.
• Ability to develop design concepts and turn into finished/product launch.
• Mechanical design knowledge ranging from component design to system level.
• Knowledge on either one of the below processes
  • Value engineering methodologies and how to apply them.
  • Quality Project execution and standards such as Risk assessment, Root cause analysis procedures, DFMEA, PFMEA, ISO, etc.
  • Obsolescence management
• Knowledge of DFM & DFA with respect to ease of manufacture and assembly.
• Oversee testing and analysis of products to determine product performance.
• Knowledge of various fabrication methods for the manufacturing of metal and plastic parts – machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding is required.
• Skilled in 3D modeling software (Solid Works) is preferred.
